Many travellers arrive in Da Nang, fall in love with the city and the people, and never want to leave. 27-year-old Peter Frieske is a good example.
After completing a Masters Degree in Politics and Marketing in his home country, Poland, Peter decided to take some time off from his real estate business there to see a bit more of the world. Arriving in Da Nang in 2010 with his American fiance, he was immediately impressed with our beautiful city, its ‘small town’ feel, and the possibilities of surfing!
He found the people to be friendly, kind, and open-hearted, and he decided to stay for a few months to learn about the Vietnamese culture and to study the language. He tried to find a small house to rent – and found the process fraught with difficulties, particularly because he was a foreigner. Apart from the obvious language difficulties, there were differences in the culture of doing business.
From this experience Peter saw that there was a gap in the market for a professional real estate service to link Vietnamese owners with foreign potential tenants. He decided to do something about it, and using his past experience and skills he established Central Viet Nam Realty.
Having fully registered his company with the authorities, and after obtaining a Vietnamese Diploma in real estate operations, business began – and the gap was filled. Now, Peter and his small team of Vietnamese staff negotiate with Vietnamese owners who want to rent or sell their properties, and interested tenants or buyers. These are mainly foreigners but are now, increasingly, Vietnamese.
Peter’s business focuses on Central Viet Nam – mainly Da Nang and Hoi An. He has worked with owners of individual properties in both locations, as well as the large real estate developments such as Azura, Indochina Riverside, Phuc Loc Vien (Fortune Park), Da Nang Plaza, the Golf Course developments, Hyatt residences, and Angsana – Banyan Tree at Lang Co
The process of working with a potential tenant or buyer often begins before they even arrive in Da Nang. The company website can be used to browse through listings, photos and information about available properties, and staff are always available to offer relevant advice about the current local real estate situation.
Accompanied viewing appointments are conveniently arranged, and when negotiations are complete CVR will prepare a properly-executed contract between the two parties. In addition the company offers after-sales support if required, and all the above services are free of charge for tenants or buyers.
So – whether you are an owner, a tenant, or a buyer, a foreigner or Vietnamese – CVR is a friendly and professional company who can make things happen for you. Give Peter a ring on 0934891746. He might already have your key in his hand!
